The ORGANICA FARMS plant is a state-of-the-art industrial project located in the heart of Al Gadaref, known as “the sesame hub”. Stretching over 10,000 square meters, the plant is home to 3 sesame sifter lines, production lines for tahini and halva, as well as for hulled and roasted sesame. The plant also includes bagged sesame storage spaces, a laboratory for product and production testing, and a high-tech 100-ton EU Produced weight bridge. 

Our 3000sqm warehouse, made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Mammut Building Systems FCZ, is built with pre-engineered steel building components. The warehouse comprises a 255sqm mezzanine with 9 offices including 2 for engineers and technicians, a raw sesame store as well as a final product store, and a sieving area along with a tahini area.

To sift our sesame seeds, we use the SIFTER 6-8 T/H/SHIFT, imported from Turkey. To make the sifting process as smooth as possible, this powerful machine is fitted with the most advanced technology and can even handle bigger crops such as corn or watermelon seeds and able to pack in different sizes of bags  5 Kg, 10 Kg, 25 Kg, 50 Kg bags. The vibro-feeder provides an even and steady loading rate on the de-stoner deck for a uniform separation. Other robust machines used in our plant are the FOTOSORTER B5, the EXCELL 208 TURBO, a stone separator and a 3 T/D tahini line made in Lebanon.

Our plant also boasts a four deck pre+fine screen cleaner tem -006, 2 in one, multi tasked machine with Pre and Fine cleaner and or grading unit. The four deck pre+fine cleaner can separate large or small coarse impurities by means of screening/sieve, as well as light impurities by means of 5x air screening. It can deliver 2 grades if the last screen is set accordingly (4 screens, eccentric system)
